1.System characteristics

●Reliable lightning protection and electrical insulation protection make sure security of the system and person.

●Using screen and dot matrix LCD realizes the localization of real-time to display and operate.

●Clicking on the touch screen or button queries and sets system parameters .It makes friendly man-machine interface and the operation simple and convenient.

●Monitoring system can automatically complete to manage precisely the battery voltage, charge and discharge current and temperature compensation to ensure the battery work in the best condition and extend battery life.

●Centralized-distributed monitoring system based on microprocessor as the core with modular designing implements to monitor and control comprehensively the power system, realize power supply system of "four control", and no man on duty.

●The real-time monitoring of battery voltage and charge and discharge current can control accurately charging and float of the battery, with function of alarm of battery over or under voltage and over charge protection.

 

2.Working Principle of the System

AC power which is from output of exchange of AC switching,whose input is two municipal electricity, supplies to the various charging module . The charging module will transform three-phase AC power input into DC power. DC power charges the battery ,at the same time,supplies power to closing bus bar load, in addition to the control bus bar from step-down device whose input is the closing bus bar .

Each monitoring unit in system is managed and controlled by main monitoring. Information which is collected by Each monitoring unit is sent to main monitoring for unified management through the communication line . The main monitoring display DC system all kinds of information.Users can also touch the display screen or button to operate and query information. The system information can also access to remote monitoring system.

In addition to the basic unit such as AC measurement, DC measurement, switch measurement, and so on., the system can also configure insulation monitoring, battery inspection and other functional unitsbe to monitor and control the DC system.

In the actual design project, according to the users’ requirements of the connection mode and the realization of the function, it adopts the basic components provided by the company Tonghe, and screen according to the following 8 kinds of standard wiring mode.
