Flatpack2 48V 2000W which is newly launched is a high frequency switching power supply rectifier module with high performance and high power density. Its size, performance, function, quality, reliability and economic applicability are the world's leading. Rectifier module is supervised by the intelligent monitoring module Smartpack through the CAN bus digital communication method. Rectifier module which can be singlly independent work or a plurality of parallel operation is consisted of DC power supply system. 19 inch 1U high frame can be accommodated  4 rectification modules to realize high power density.

The weigh of the portable emergency communication power supply/charger is less than 15kg;

The capacity of the 2U"embedded system can reach 12kW with 2 road battery output;

The capacity of the 6U"

embedded system can be up to 24kW, with 18 road load output and 4 road battery output

SmartpackMonitoring module:Smartpack  

Product description:

Monitoring module Smartpack is a kind of intelligent monitoring and control device, which is applicable to all DC power supply solution based on the rectifier module Minpack, Flatpack2 and Powerpack. The device can use three buttons, LCD- display, USB- or RS-232 interface or modem, Ethernet, network and SNMP to perform local or remote monitoring and control. Smartpack adopts a high reliable digital communication interface (CAN bus), to provide special communication channels and ensure the normal communication between the monitor and the rectifier, this technology can also increase the function of monitor and improve its flexibility. CAN bus can be added to support the additional device of the CAN bus, so as to expand the system function and increase the number of test points of the system. Therefore, the system components can be flexibly set and upgraded, so as to meet the needs of any customized power solutions.

PowerSuite is a intelligent monitoring module configuration and monitoring software based on Windows system, which has the advanced graphical interface and resource manager type of the operating concept. In the local, it can communicate with intelligent monitoring module Smartpack through a universal serial bus interface USB or RS-232 cable.In the remote , it can monitor and control power system through modem or computer’ Ethernet network . PowerSuite can set and monitor all kinds of work for communication power supply system composed of Smartpack monitoring module and rectifier module, which include the AC input parameters, DC output voltage and current, battery testing and protection, the alarm configuration parameters, rectifier module information etc..
