Function overview
     1. High precision electric energy collection
  The design of system adopts high precision electric energy acquisition chip to collect three-phase current and voltage. Before the factory, the factory gives calibration of current and voltage of the system. If the user needs to recalibrate the parameters for the replacement of the transformer or other reasons , uses the product with computer software to calibrate operation under the guidance of the professionals .
 2.  4 power saving gears
Have 4 power saving gears to control output. 0 ~ 3 gear is respectively bypass, low power gear, medium power gear, high power saving gear. The user can choose power saving gear according to the actual situation.
3. Overheat protection
During use, transformer temperature is too high for abnormal conditions , that will affect the normal operation of equipment. In order to avoid the high temperature causing unexpected failure of the system, the system has the function of overheating protection. The function  uses 1 input switch loop to real-time detect 3 phase 105 degrees normally closed temperature control series output fault signal. When the temperature reaches the warning value, the output switching signal of the main controller cut off air switch with excitation, alarm indicator is light.
4. Overcurrent protection
When the load current value is up to overcurrent warning value which the user sets, it outputs alarm and indicator light and drives air switching coil to avoid damaging load caused by the abnormal current, and maximize the protection of user's rights .
6. Low current bypass function
After device is set low current bypass function, when the running current of the device is below the set currentis,the equipment is in the bypass operation state. That reduces the loss of operation equipment. Low current of the equipment is set before delivery. Starting current of the 100A and above equipment is 10A, automatic low current is 5A; while starting current of below 100A equipment is 10%, automatic low current is half of the startomg current.
7.  Power saving modes
System has two modes of operation, that is manual control mode and automatic control mode. When the user selects manual mode, the user must manually adjust the power-saving gear to make the equipment keep the gear operation with power saving. If you choose to use automatic mode, power saving operation can be carried out by the main controller operating system according to power saving parameters which the user sets, without human intervention.
8. Power saving control mode
Power saving control mode is divided into gear selection control, voltage level selection control, automatic voltage stabilization control system. Users can set 6 power saving work time.During the time , equipment enter the corresponding control according to the control mode selected by the user.
