One. Model Description
Configuration mode:
Type 0 ~ single charger
Type 1 ~ ~ a charger with a set of batteries.  
Type 2 ~ a chargerwith two sets of batteries..  
Type 3 ~ two chargers with a set of batteries.  
Type 4 ~ wo chargers with two sets of batteries.
Battery classification:
C is GNC super high rate Cd-Ni battery;
Z is GNZ medium rate battery;
Y is a cylindrical sealed Ni-Cd battery;
D is GND low rate Cd-Ni battery;
GM is Valve Regulated Lead maintenance-freebattery.
Two, Technical Parameters
Voltage range: 0 ~ 350V full automatic stepless mediation
Stabilized current range: 5% to 120%of the rated current; 
AC input :when voltage is greater than or equal to the rated voltage, the impact multiple is 2-5 times as many as Ie,voltage regulation accuracy is 0.1%, and impact current time is 5s.
Single phase fault conditions: voltage regulation accuracy : 0.1%; the impact of current time: 5s
Charging current regulation accuracy is less than or equal to 0.5%
Thecapability of battery in off-line switching on condition: when the impact is 2-5 times as many as Ie, terminal voltage accuracy is not less than 0.1%
Output ripple factor is less than or equal to0.5%
Noise: less than or equal to50dB
Three, Functional Characteristics: 
YSCR series of phase-controlled DC charger are multi-functional with "all-in-one" function
such as constant current charging, constant voltage float charging, Current limiting constant voltage, high current switching on and so on. During normal operation,it does not human intervention, can realize the automatic conversion between "charge "and" floating "state.When the charger has short-term impact current, the batteries are not discharged, thereby reducing the battery working burden, and prolonging the service life of the battery. Its main functional characteristics:
The control system is a double closed loop no error tracking system with PID control. The main control system and alarm system with the modular design, adopt the central management module  to realize centralized control and easily maintain.
When the battery is floating charged by charger , it can provide short closing high current impulse, its impulse current is 2-5 times as many as Ie. For 10 seconds for 10s. The stabilization precision of the equipment is less than or equal to 0.1%.
Steady precision of the product is less than or equal to 0.5%
The charger for battery charging with constant current, it can provide short switching impulse current, impact current is 2-5Ie times the duration of 10 seconds, when the battery is discharging, prolong the service life of the battery.
When the power supply voltage changes within 10% range and the load current changes in the 5-100% rated value range, the steady precision of the output current is 0.5%.
The ripple coefficient is less than or equal to 0.5%
The main circuit uses two pole LC filter,and the AC component is lower than 1V.
High reliability
The equipment can work normally when the three-phase power supply is short of phase.  
When battery is off-line, charger can provide the short-term impact current in 2-5 times or above as many as rated current 
The charging system is two sets of the independent charging modules. When the main control module occurs the fault, the standby control module will be started to ensure reliable power supply for the battery and the control bus, bus switch.  
AC power supply with dual line input for each other, automatic switching, and no requirements of phase-sequence of three-phase power supply, provides great convenience for installation and maintenance.  
When battery is charged in constant current charging or floating charge by system, and impacted by large current,battery does not discharge.
Perfect protection and alarm function:
The product can provide a variety of protection functions, such as over-current protection, the important position of fuse blow (such as battery circuit, control circuit), overvoltage, undervoltage, lack of phase, no DC output , insulation monitoring, high temperature, flash signal.The alarm signals transmit e to remote by RS232, 485 digital interfac.
The product module control system adopts the current limiting constant voltage charging.That is  first to chargebattery in 0.1C1O current, then when the battery voltage reaches the setting value of battery float, into float . The charging current and the voltage can be adjusted from the potentiometer on the rectifier module.
The monitoring function is complete, and the system highly automatic.
Monitoring of the system real-time monitors and display the relevant parameters,such as AC input current and voltage, output voltage and current of the switching power supply , voltage and current of the control and power busbar , battery voltage and current ,environment and operating temperature, DC feeder switch state,and so on.
Can monitor various faults of the equipment related to the system and the entire system , automatically handle abnormal, and have sound and light alarm of a variety of fault;
Can adjust the operation parameters online, and set the current, voltage and other limited protect  parameters;
Can control the start and stop of the switching power supply, adjust the output voltage and output current of the module, and automatically carry on the choice and conversion of the charging state;
The display which uses a color LCD screen, makes display clear and interface friendly. Through  communication interface of the background machine,it can realize the "four remote" function for the whole DC system to completely realize no one on duty.
DC system monitoring takes the hierarchical distributed structure design, to greatly weaken the possible fault and strengthen the system reliability.
The monitoring system consists of system management layer and monitoring layer , each functional component not only can be separated ,but also can be installed on centralized arrangement. System management module in fault does not affect the normal work of each functional module.Also a functional module will not affect other abnormal function of the system.
Charge and discharge management of the battery is fully intelligent, automated, withe no requirement of any manual intervention.
According to the state of the system and battery, monitor automatically selects charging mode, automatically convert and manage various charging mode and state ,such as balanced charging 
and float charging , with over charge and over discharge protection, also artificial management;
The charging voltage of the battery can be compensated according to the operating temperature and the environment temperature of the battery, so that the battery can be in the best charging state regardless of the operating environment.
All kinds of charging mode and the choice of state are controlled according to battery current and state rather than a preset time or fixed program.The control and management process are more scientific and reasonable to solve the existing problems of long charging time, avoid overcharge and under charging, minimize the charging time, improve the efficiency of charging and make the charging process optimization.
Battery is online monitoring to make sure the system security ,with the main charge, floating charge, charge balance, fast charging and other functions.
DC system possess the function of insulation and monitoring bus voltage , and limiting, protection as well as a variety of auxiliary functions.
The system possess many functions,such as  2-circuit AC power supply automatic switching, self-starting after AC power coming, soft starting , charging device, the maximum current and voltage limiting of the battery, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, high bus voltage, low bus voltage, AC voltage loss phase alarming and other function.The signals ,such as overvoltage, undervoltage, insulation fault, feeder fault, fuse fault, can be sent as a local indicator light, and also transmitted to the monitoring center.
System that does not need to modify the design and parameters can be applied directly to the 50 or 60HZ Power Grid.When the power supply voltage fluctuates up to 20%, the system can also work properly.
Switchs adopt imported or domestic special DC circuit breaker with high breaking capacity, high density installation, convenient operation, compact appearance and other characteristics, and can be used to realize the DC monitoring and management of each branch with auxiliary mechanisms or contacts.
Reliable and perfect lightning protection measures, which can ensure the safety and reliability of DC system equipment. All functional parts of the system are designed with modular design, which can be updated and expanded separately, and not be replaced completely.

1. Ambient temperature: 0 to 40℃. (adapt to battery environment)
2. AC voltage waveform is sine, and the quality of the power supply accord with the standard of GB.
3. AC input voltage range:three-phase 380V±15%, 50-60HZ 
4. Relative humidity < 95%
5. Installation of the vertical slope:<2° 
6. The use of the site does not allow the vibration and shock, and the equipment is not allowed to have a corrosive gas and conductive dust and strong external magnetic field interference.
